EA confirms Mirror’s Edge 2

EA confirms a ’small team’ is working on Mirror’s Edge 2. The previous part had its up and down sides. The graphics where great and the first person free-running/parkour action was awesome. But the length and the poor story line where horrible. I hope Dice will work especially on a good main story line and hopefully an online possibility so that if the game is short, you can still have fun with it online with your friends.

Patrick Soderlund, someone from the European division of Electronic Arts said he is enthusiastic about the work from the developers so far. But he didn’t tell when the game will be available or when we will get to see the first trailers and gameplay. Here is some information about the first Mirror’s Edge. Also it could be that this game will be a trilogy:

The story we’re telling at the moment is kind of a trilogy, a three-story arc. I think there’s a lot of scope to take the story in different directions, or maybe tell someone else’s story. But certainly for these first couple games, it’s all about Faith.
